REFLECTION OF ACADEMICIANS IN USING BLENDED LEARNING

<p>Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, physical conditions of learning environments and measures taken within scope combating epidemic have made blended teaching practices, including distance education, much more important. With this study, it is aimed shed light on opinions experiences academicians, who are thought a higher assumption experiencing method, regarding use method at education level during pandemic. In mixed research methodology was adopted in which quantitative qualitative data were used together by using convenient sampling method. context, collection tool shared with academicians via LinkedIn network. 58 from 16 universities participated research. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage mean) analysis Likert-type questions, content data. According findings academics stated that they could possibly teach future their educational experience courses better than face-to-face without any web component. On other hand, mostly amount interaction lower courses. Together these findings, understood perceive quality as similar academics, most positive aspects lessons <em>technological opportunities, flexibility space, time equality opportunity.</em> The negative attendance problems, <em>lack communication, infrastructure problems technological inadequacies workload</em>.
